DIAMOND CORE DRILLING
Core drilling techniques are used when precise, circular cuts are needed. Holes of almost any diameter are easily drilled to make openings for plumbing, electrical and HVAC installations. Core drilling is also commonly used to create for routing cables or placing anchoring bolts, installing load carrying devices or dowel bars, or for concrete sample analysis.
Diamond drilling is the best way to cut precisely measured holes into a variety of materials that would be impossible to manage with a regular drill bit. Diamond is one of the hardest materials, so using it in our tools makes it possible to cut holes in concrete, rock, wood, and metal.
STITCH DRILLING
Stitch Drilling is a method of drilling which can be used when the size or shape of the hole is abnormal. It is achieved by drilling a series of overlapping holes to create the required opening.
Stitch drilling can be adopted where an opening of any size or shape can be created. Stitch drilling is often used in scenarios where a space is too cramped for other techniques of cutting. This method will allow for large holes to be cut in small areas in a range of strong materials which include metal and concrete.

DISC CUTTING
A disc cutter is a specialised, often hand-held, power tool used for cutting hard materials, ceramic tile, metal, concrete, and stone for example. This tool is very similar to an angle grinder, chop saw, or even a die grinder, with the main difference being the cutting disc itself (a circular diamond blade, or resin-bonded abrasive cutting wheel for a disc cutter vs. an abrasive grinding wheel for an angle grinder). This tool is highly efficient at cutting very hard materials, especially when compared to hand tools.

CONCRETE SAWING SERVICES
FLOOR AND WALL SAWING
Floor and wall sawing is an effective way to cut through horizontal reinforced concrete or granite without the need for heavy machinery. Thanks to the precision of using a large spinning circular blade, it’s ideal for roadworks and other jobs that require clean lines cut through concrete up to half a metre thick.
Floor and wall is an extremely quick and accurate way of making changes to existing concrete, stone or brick structures. Floor saws are used extensively on roads and motorways to cut asphalt and concrete cleanly and quickly to enable efficient repairs and alterations to be carried out to these surfaces. Track saws are used to cut door or windows openings through reinforced concrete, brick or granite walls without the need to stitch drill.The saw is secured to a track to enable it to remotely move backwards and forwards when in use.
